During Louisa's time at Insurance Australia Group she established and led customer experience teams, built an internal movement in human-centred design, created the group New Business & R&D team and led a group-wide transformation project.

She's a powderhound at heart and can't wait for the next chance to share the sun, snow and fun with her family and friends.

Robb brings deep strategy, design and transformation experience across global operations and technology with Deputy, Guvera, Fidelity Investments and Deloitte Consulting.

He was responsible for the breakout success of Deputy, a globally successful HR tech startup and led the technology and product roll-out across 35 countries for Guvera.

Nik has 11 years experience as a CX Designer, applying her specialist skills in Learning Design and behavioural change with Morningstar, the Australian Department of Education and The Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

She finds the peace and serenity of endless underwater playgrounds a welcome antidote to the rigours of the modern world.

Thomas brings deep user experience, interaction design and digital CX insights across market leading digital properties in both Australia and the UK with News Digital, Fox Sports and Lloyds Bank.

Thomas loves to keep fit and finds nothing quite matches the intensity of a sharp boxing session.

Lenka is an award winning visual designer with many years agency and client-side experience across sales, marketing, corporate digital and print collateral.

She's now hooked on ocean swimming after a brief dabble with surfing.

You might find her at a beach near you channelling her inner yogi or dancing until the sun comes up.

Damien has 9 years experience as a Marketing & Digital Strategist and has led award winning integrated campaigns for companies that include Optus, Caltex and Equifax.

He's a seriously handy DJ that likes to juggle, loop and break beats until the wee hours of the morning.

Angus has over 15 years experience leading and advising both corporate and start up businesses on their strategy, growth, investment and venture projects with Auxilio Ventures, DC Strategy, W. H. Soul Pattinson and Macquarie Group.

He’s also a past startup founder and adviser to fintechs with a particular interest in DeFi.

He always remembers the first time he surfed Sunset Beach at the birthplace of surfing in Hawaii. Being able to enjoy and survive nature at its best is a truly humbling experience.
